Refund Policy – BBW LOVERS MERCH

At BBW LOVERS MERCH, each item is made to order just for you.

Love your apparel or your money back.

We do however give refunds for wrong items sent, or damaged / defective items. No refunds will be made past 30 days from purchase date. Please contact support@slothhikingclub.com if you believe you're eligible for a refund. 


This policy is subject to change at any time, without notice. 

Made-to-Order Products

All products are print-on-demand, meaning they are created after your order is placed. 

Please double-check size charts, product details, and shipping information before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit:

  • Please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.

  • If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
